1. Storage Agreement:

   - Upon renting a storage unit from GMG Storage, you enter into a legal agreement governed by these terms and conditions.

   - You agree to use the storage unit solely for storing lawful items and materials.

 

2. Payment:

   - Payment for your storage unit is due on a monthly basis, in advance.

   - Late payments may incur fees and may result in access restrictions or termination of the storage agreement.

 
3. Access:

   - You have access to your storage unit during our operating hours, subject to any access restrictions or maintenance requirements.

   - Proper identification and authentication may be required to access your unit.

 

4. Security:

   - We maintain security measures to safeguard your stored belongings, but we do not provide insurance for stored items. It is your responsibility to insure your belongings adequately.

   - You agree not to store any hazardous, flammable, or illegal items in your unit.

 

5. Liability:

   - GMG Storage is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of your stored items, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

   - You agree to indemnify and hold GMG Storage harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our storage facility.

 

6. Termination:

   - Either party may terminate the storage agreement with advance notice.

   - Upon termination, you must remove all your belongings from the storage unit and leave it in a clean and undamaged condition.

 
7. Changes to Terms:

   - GMG Storage reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided to you in advance.

 

8. Governing Law:

   - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Florida.

 
9. Severability:

   - If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
